Cancelling Your Order and Returning Products

5.1 Your Right to Cancel You have the legal right to change your mind about your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. You must inform us of your decision within 14 days after receiving your order.

5.2 How to Cancel Your Order To exercise your right to cancel, clearly communicate your decision to us (e.g., via a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model cancellation form at the end of these terms, though it’s not mandatory.

5.3 Returning Products After Cancellation If you have received your order, you should send back the products you wish to return within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel. To facilitate processing, use the customer services label on the front of the delivery note and include the completed delivery note with your package. You will need to cover the cost of returning the product. We will refund you the price paid for the product plus the costs of the original delivery (except when only some products in an order are returned, in which case the original delivery costs will not be refunded) upon receipt of the returned product or within 14 days of receiving proof of return, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

5.4 Extended Return Period You may also return products beyond the initial 14 days, up to 30 days, subject to the following conditions:

  • We will not refund the original delivery costs.
  • You are responsible for the return delivery costs.
  • Securely pack the product(s) and use the customer services label on the delivery note to send them back, including the completed delivery note.

5.5 Proof of Postage To ensure the safe return of products, we recommend obtaining evidence of postage from the post office and retaining this evidence until you have received your refund.

5.6 Refund Method All refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

5.7 Non-Returnable Products Certain products cannot be returned, such as:

  • Products stated as non-returnable on the website
  • Personalized products

5.8 Resalable Condition We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for products that are not in a resalable condition.

5.9 Returning Damaged or Incorrect Products You may return products that are damaged, defective, or delivered in error. Indicate the reason for the return on the delivery form or invoice. Once confirmed, we will refund the price paid for the product, plus your original delivery costs (except when only some products from an order are returned) and the cost of returning the product to us.

Our Liability

6.1 Limitations of Liability Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict liability

6.2 Responsibility for Loss or Damage We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract, but not for any unforeseeable loss or damage. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious or if, at the time the contract was made, both you and we knew it might happen.

6.3 Use of Products We only supply products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use products for commercial, business, or resale purposes without our prior written consent. We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, revenue, business, contract, business interruption, or business opportunity.
